Hotel Design | Hotel V Frederiksplein | Amsterdam

Hotel V Frederiksplein opened in March 2008. Formerly at two locations in the city, the hotel is now housed in one 48-room location by the Frederiksplein in the city centre. The location is perfect for a trip to Amsterdam- within minutes you can walk along some of Amsterdam's world famous canals, or take a stroll through the trendy Pijp neighborhood, with a wealth of shops and restaurants, and the inspiring Albert Cuyp market. We are also located just a short stroll from the nightlife found in the Rembrandtplein and Leidseplein areas, and the famous museums of the the Museum District. Four tram lines (4, 7, 10 & 25) stop in front of our door and can take you to every corner of the city within 10 minutes.

Hotel V has an intimate and inspiring lounge with funky soulful music that will recharge you while you sit on the smooth couch in front of the fireplace. Meanwhile you can enjoy the V drinks and/or bites in our bar, and there's plenty of reading material as well as the free use of two Apple computers for our guests (although the wifi is also complementary!).

All rooms are designed with love and with eye for detail and texture. Each room is bright and unique and features a compact but comfortable bathroom, and an excellent quality bed with a soft environmentally friendly duvet by Yumeko. Hotel V has been a non-smoking hotel from it's opening, which adds to the positive feel.

Every morning we serve a complete and energizing V breakfast. For a good start of your day; full of energy to get the most out of Amsterdam.
