The Hotel Restorant Lej da Staz comprises ten traditional rooms, which were upgraded with a facelift and keen sense of taste for genuine and contemporary design in 2008. All rooms radiate alpine charm, making the Lej da Staz not only a romantic hideaway, but also a delightful place to dwell blessed with the luxuries of time, peace and tranquillity.
The Hotel Restorant Lej da Staz lies adjacent to the idyllic Lake Staz, between St. Moritz, Celerina and Pontresina. Following the fortunate takeover by Jürg Mettler (Hotel Misani, Celerina) in the summer of 2008, it has since been brought completely up to scratch with most modern architectonics.

Its new crew went about bringing the winds of change with a keen sense for reality and contemporary design. Now, 10 hotel rooms proffer cosy alpine comfort in privileged seclusion – at just a 20-minute horse and coach ride from the cosmopolitan hub of St. Moritz. And naturally, its restaurant and terraces entice guests to share in the authentic easy-going Engadine way of life and typical regional dishes and products.
