Design Hotel In Venice | The Charming House DD724
The Charming House DD724 is located in the sestiere of Dorsoduro, on the Rio Torreselle and on the Fondamenta Venier dei Leoni in Venice. This Venice hotel is a pre-nineteenth century building which was opened in summer 2003.
An ‘Inn’ with charm and modern design, DD724 is a boutique hotel created by the architect Mauro Mazzolini who has completed many projects through Italy, including Umbria where he resides. DD724 is situated next to the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, a few steps from the Cini Palace, the Galleria dell’Accademia and the Chiesa della Salute in the heart of Venetian art. Immediately upon entering the hotel, the guest immediately finds himself surrounded by monuments, the lagoon and the allure of the city. The eyes are drawn to works of art by some of the most important representatives of Italian painting, such as Raimondo Galeano, whose artistic research began as a form of pictorial expression based on the study of the image using true classical painting techniques, Stefania OrrĂ¹, Nazareno Luciani, Terenzio Eusebi, Gianni Tarli and the photography of Piero Roi.
